Inclusive Childcare and
With support from multidisciplinary cooperation
We support the growth of children.

Inclusive childcare is a form of childcare that provides an environment where all children grow up together, regardless of disability, age, or nationality. It emphasizes support for individual needs and acceptance of diversity.

Furthermore, in collaboration with Uchida Hospital, we provide an inclusive system in which diverse professions such as medicine, rehabilitation, and psychology work together to support children. This collaboration supports the holistic development of children and achieves more comprehensive care.

ADVANTAGE
Benefits of Inclusive Childcare
...

Understanding and acceptance of diversity

Children can naturally develop the ability to accept diversity. By interacting with a variety of people on a daily basis, regardless of age or disability, children can develop a sense of "it is natural that there are many different people" from an early age.

Improvement of communication skills

Through interaction with people with disabilities and the elderly, children learn diverse communication methods. This is the basis for flexible communication skills that will be needed in society in the future.

Development of compassion and cooperation

By spending time with people with different needs, children naturally develop a spirit of compassion. The experience of putting themselves in the other person's shoes and helping each other will help them to improve their ability to cooperate and empathize.

Improved problem-solving skills

Living in a diverse environment sometimes creates troubles and challenges. Through these experiences, children can develop flexible thinking and problem-solving skills.

Developing self-esteem and self-affirmation

In an inclusive environment, each individual's personality and abilities are respected. This allows children to recognize their own worth and develop a healthy sense of self-esteem and self-affirmation.

Solid support

We are open 365 days a year, including Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and through the year-end and New Year holidays, so you can drop off your child at any time without worrying about your work shift. From 0 to 100 years old
inclusive childcare

A major feature of Hidamari Nursery School is that developmental support services, after-school daycare services, daycare services for the elderly, and school-age children are all located in the same facility. Children of all ages can enjoy events and daily life together.

Temporary custody is also accepted.

Even during childcare and child rearing, parents need to refresh themselves once in a while, such as at a lunch meeting or at a beauty salon. Please use our temporary childcare service for such occasions. Please do not hesitate to contact us for urgent needs such as weddings, funerals, etc.

Cooperation with Hospitals for Peace of Mind

In collaboration with Uchida Hospital and nurses located just a short distance away, we are able to take immediate action in case of any injuries. We will continue to be a parent-friendly daycare center where parents can leave their children with peace of mind.
