Services
This is a consultation service for people with disabilities living at home or in the community and their families.
- Basic Consultation
- Provides consultation, information, and advice on various aspects of disability welfare.
- Planning Support
- The service provider prepares utilization plans for welfare services for persons with disabilities and liaises and coordinates with service providers.
We offer a variety of consultations on the use of welfare services for persons with disabilities, leisure time activities, daily life, and more. Consultations can be conducted in person, by visit, or by phone, depending on your preference.
Our specialists are available free of charge to respond to your concerns about disabilities, such as "I am concerned about my child's development," "I don't know what kind of disability welfare services are available," "I don't know where I should consult..." and so on. Please feel free to contact us even if you just need a little advice.
In addition to providing information on welfare services suited to each individual's condition, our staff will prepare a plan for service use that meets the individual's wishes and provide follow-up services after services have begun. You can contact us either by e-mail or telephone.
