We will guide you to the appropriate nursing care service according to your physical functions, wishes, and home situation. Tours and trials of our facilities are also available so that you can see for yourself the actual atmosphere of our facilities.

Based on the results of the certification of the need for nursing care and support, our care manager (care support specialist) will create a suitable care plan after listening to the wishes of the patient and his/her family.
